1. Acceptance Fees

After you must have seen your name on UNN’s admission list, the next first step is to accept the admission by paying the acceptance fees. Typically, this fee is usually 25,000 Naira. 

2. Accommodation 

Basically, students are expected to live on campus, so it’s a no-brainer that to do so, you’ll pay hostel fees. 

The hostel fees for UNN is usually around ₦15,000-20,000 Naira. The former is for Males and later for females.

Step 1: Head off to the University of Nigeria’s official website here. 

Step 2: Click on the UNN portal on the menu (at the top right corner). 

Step 3: Using your matriculation number and password, log in to your account. If you’re a new student, use your JAMB registration number to login. 

Step 4: Now that you’re in the students portal, click the school fees icon on the left side. 

Step 5: Next, click Generate school fees Invoice to get your payment invoice. This invoice expires after three days, so be sure to do this step only when you’re ready. 

Step 6: Pay attention and fill the form, entering your session, entry, and current level.

Step 7: Head off to any commercial bank in your environment, and pay the school fees using the invoice you generated earlier. PS: some banks will ask for extra charges to make the transaction.

Step 8: The bank will give you a Reference number (keep it safe). Now, go back to the UNN portal, click Pay school fees, and put the number. 

And that’s it! You’re good to go!
